About us

We dream big, and we believe Kansas City will fall in love with polo the way we did.

Our personal and professional polo story began in Hawaii, where a shared love of horses and the sport brought us together. Mariana, originally from Argentina, lived in Hawaii for more than 12 years, while Raleigh, a native of Olathe, Kansas, called the islands home for more than three.

Raleigh is a horse trainer, polo player, actor, and craftsman, and was born in Olathe, KS. Mariana is a business developer with extensive experience in marketing, media, design, and hospitality, originally from Argentina. Together, our backgrounds have allowed us to experience polo from many different perspectives—from the horses and players on the field to the events, partnerships, media, and communities that make the sport possible.

Raleigh has worked under renowned reining horse trainers in Kansas and with one of the world's leading polo horse breeding and training operations in Argentina. His experience spans training elite horses, working with professional players, and managing high-goal polo tournaments.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of managing and developing projects ranging from horse training and polo operations to events, publications, sponsorships, and hospitality. Along the way, we have worked with incredible people from around the world who trusted our vision, our dedication, and our commitment to the sport.

While exploring the country in 2012, we visited Kansas City and immediately knew that, sooner or later, we wanted to bring polo back to this unique city, rich in sports, culture and history.

Much of our vision has been shaped by our experience in Argentina, where polo is played at its highest level. Think of it as the World Cup of polo. We took inspiration from that culture, bringing new formats, ideas, and energy to each club and community we worked with.

Our journey eventually took us to New York and Connecticut, where we spent six years helping redevelop a historic high-goal polo club. During that time, the club became financially sustainable, welcomed thousands of spectators each Sunday, and attracted prestigious sponsors including Audi, Veuve Clicquot, and Hublot.

Through a major transformation of this legendary professional club, we helped bring worldwide attention and media coverage to the sport while creating a new model for what polo in the United States could be. None of it would have been possible without the support of the public, the surrounding communities, the media, the players, and especially the extraordinary team of professionals working behind the scenes.

For Raleigh, the opportunity to work with exceptional horses and trainers has shaped the horseman and trainer he is today. From developing horses to managing high-goal tournaments and professional polo operations, he is now bringing that experience home.

For both of us, that journey has led back to Kansas City.

We believe this region has everything it takes to become an exciting destination for polo, horses, community, and hospitality. Our goal is not simply to bring polo back, but to build something lasting, something distinctly Kansas City that introduces new generations to the sport while honoring its traditions.

We’re ready to put Kansas City back on the polo map. And everyone who supports, participates, plays, attends, or simply comes out to experience it will help make polo a Kansas City staple once again.
